引用格式 Citation Guide

香港中文法律典籍引用格式 Hong Kong Citation for Legal Authorities and Materials – Chinese (HKCLAM–C) 

引用中文法律典籍及材料，以及準備中文法律文件時，本《格式》為法律從業員及法律系學生提供統一、簡便的引用格式。

試行本將於2025年4月發布。歡迎使用並提出意見。

本《格式》將與《香港英文法律典籍引用標準》(HKCLAM-E，試行本已於2025年3月發布)，成為香港第一套法律引用格式：《香港法律典籍引用標準》 (HKCLAM)。

This Citation provides legal professionals and law students with a uniform and simple citation style when using legal authorities and materials in Chinese and preparing legal documents in Chinese. 

The trial implementation version will be published in April 2025. Adoption is encouraged and comments are welcomed. 

This will be part of the first legal citation style in Hong Kong: Hong Kong Citation for Legal Authorities and Materials (HKCLAM), together with the Hong Kong Citation for Legal Authorities and Materials – English (HKCLAM–E, trial implementation version published in March 2025).
