Hong Kong Citation for Legal Authorities and Materials in Chinese (HKCLAM-C) 香港中文法律典籍及材料引用格式

This Citation provides legal professionals and law students with a uniform and simple citation style when using legal authorities and materials in Chinese and preparing legal documents in Chinese. 

引用中文法律典籍及材料，及準備中文法律文件時，本《格式》為法律從業員及法律系學生提供統一、簡便的引用格式。

The trial implementation version will be published in August 2023. Adoption is encouraged and comments are welcomed. 

試行本將於2023年8月發布。歡迎使用並提出意見。

This will be part of the first legal citation style in Hong Kong: Hong Kong Citations for Legal Authorities and Materials (HKCLAM), together with the Hong Kong Citation for Legal Authorities and Materials in English (HKCLAM-E) (under drafting)。

本《格式》將與《香港英文法律典籍及材料引用格式》(HKCLAM-E)（草擬中），成為香港第一套法律引用格式：《香港法律典籍及材料引用格式》 (HKCLAM)。
